I had very nice time here.
The location was incredible and beautiful, close to Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. The staff were constantly knowledgeable and hospitable. I took a double room with a balcony, table mountain view, as example.

The service was exceptional, I was offered a delicious breakfast with great views. Location: the hotel was very close to the V&A waterfront. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Whimpy - V&a Waterfront, ate there couple of times.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Cape Town, had much fun and met competent and very attentive staff who help me a lot with the online reservation. A poolside restaurant was an advantage.

The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, with beautiful furnishings and design. The staff is attentive and friendly, always available to assist. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options to cater to different dietary restrictions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the famous V&A Waterfront, making it easy to explore the city.
During my stay, I had an unpleasant experience with multiple cockroaches in my room. Although the staff was friendly, it took some time for them to address the issue, resulting in two nights of poor sleep.
